Adrian L. Barton of Barton Law has practiced law since 1998 representing individual, government, and business clients in a variety of transactional and complex civil litigation matters.
Her current areas of focus include Business Litigation and Employment Law. Ms. Barton is respected for innovative and effective strategy development in challenging cases and has years of litigation experience with one of the top law firms in the world, Morrison Foerster, and at one of the largest minority-owned firms in California, Alvarado Smith. Most recently over the past eight years with Sacks Tierney, P.A., in Scottsdale, AZ, she successfully represented clients in non-compete/non-solicitation agreements, shareholder and breach of contract disputes, and in disputes before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, National Labor Relations Board, and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
She brings that same high-quality representation, determination, and drive to her clients at Barton Law. She is a three-time recipient of the National Federal Bar Association Ilene and Michael Shaw Public Service Award and is admitted to practice in Arizona and California.
